Health Safety

To Food, Health and Environmental Safety Lab Services Ltd, occupational Health Safety means, "Rethinking health in the workplace; a safe working environment make productive employees."

Our standards are based on the US Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Standards.  The program is geared towards providing workers with protection from the hazards in their workplaces by helping employers to:  
  1. Determine whether a worksite problem can be solved by training 
  2. Determine what training, if any, is needed
  3. Identify goals and objectives for the training; 
  4. Design learning activities
  5. Conduct training
  6. Determine the effectiveness of the training; and 
  7. Revise the training program based on feedback from employees, supervisors and others.


We view the safety from the perspective of:  
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • The "Business of Safety", monetary impact of accidents
  • Humanitarian Concern, Ethics

Some of all of the following elements are involved in our program:  management leadership and employee participation, reporting, MSD management, the implementation of engineering, work practice, as administrative controls to eliminate or substantially reduce the hazards identified in their job, training the supervisors and employees in their job.

  • Total Food Analysis:  Aerobic Plate Count; Shelf Life; Standard Food Analysis; Specialized Food Analysis; Water Activity Tests; etc
  • Facility Inspection: HACCP Program; Hygiene Program
  • Beverage & Water Testing (Auto Immune Testing): Health Scan Test; Mercury Test; Hydrocarbon Testing; Chemical Analysis; Micro Analysis; etc.
  • Training for Government Health Care (Certificate for Food Handlers)
  • Int'l Training Programs:  HACCP Training for Management; Serve Safe Training  for Middle Management; Safe Staff for Beginners; Utilities Workers Training
  • ACF Professional Certifications:  Sanitation and Food Safety Course; Nutrition Course; Supervisory Management Course; Apprenticeship Course
