Health Education in the United States of America offers a Food Course for Chef, Food Factory Workers, and Backers Restaurant Owners Course. This is a user-friendly course to prepare candidates for Foundation Certificate in HACCP principles. A properly trained employee sets the standard and determines the level of Customer Satisfaction and Interaction. This training is recommended for those employed in the food industry. It will provide them with the knowledge they need to effectively evaluate the HACCP plans and practices. The Course provides training in HACCP for all those employed in the food industry, who require an introduction and practical understanding of HACCP. It is also an ideal lead into higher level HACCP II Course. The course includes exercises and an assessment to test candidates knowledge. Included with a training record to confirm all course chapters have been completed.

A properly trained manager sets the standard and determines the level of performance. This training is recommended for managers and will provide them with the knowledge they need to effectively evaluate the HACCP plans and practices.

HACCP For Retail

Seafood HACCP Training

Food Health and Environmental Safety Corporation offers Seafood HACCP Training performed by a certified HACCP trainer.  The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) mandates that all seafood processors become HACCP trained.  The seafood HACCP training courses provided teach the principles of HACCP and empower processors to develop HACCP plans specific to the seafood they handle.
