About Us

Food, Health and Environmental Safety LLC was formed in 2006 with its primary mission to bring the food service industry into the 21st Century when it comes to food safety training by providing the most up to date and effective training programs. We provide a comprehensive array of training programs about Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) in order to educate our client’s employees on how to enforce HACCP standards. Each training program is designed to educate a rotating, multi-level staff with varying degrees of background knowledge. 

We have an in-depth expertise in the field of food safety testing. We provide testing, similar to those done by State Health Inspectors with a written report that includes a summary of results and recommendations for improvement. We assist our clients with on-site contamination investigations, finding answers to question, such as “How did the contaminants get into the food or factory?” etc. Our Company offers food testing in order to verify USDA/FDA regulations compliance and assess the effectiveness of HACCP plans in place. 

The Company also provides food safety audits to make sure the Client’s premises meet all the required health industry guidelines and regulations. We perform HACCP inspection and random yearly inspections in order to develop an effective HACCP plan. 

We are a minority company and approved by the Orange County Business Development.

 

OUR DIRECTOR

Ricardo W. McQueen is the Chief Executive Director and Founder. He is a Bio-Chemist by profession and has worked in the field of Quality Control Management for over 10 years. Today, he hold professional licenses as a Medical Technologist, Microbiologist Trainee, Registered AMT Medical Technologist, Certified Trainer at American Culinary Federation Foundation, Inc., Certified Serve Safe Trainer, Certified Food Safety Manager, International HACCP Manger, and Instructor and Proctor at Thompson Prometric.

We also offer a variety of Environmental Safety services such as, Dehumidification and Structural Drying, Smoke Removal and Deodorization, Microbial Remediation, Carbon Monoxide Reading, Asbestos Testing, and Duct Cleaning and Content Cleaning.

 

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

We strongly believe that through strengthening the Community, the Nation is strengthened.  We have partnered with organizations like Justice for All which deals with young men that have been unjustly incarcerated, and Mount Carmel Temple of Refuge which is a non-profit organization that develops Outreach Centers around the world.
